Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare for Shipment

  Carefully repack your vanity in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all hardware, marble tops, and accessories are securely protected to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to schedule a convenient curbside pickup for your oversized items.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned vanity for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
